ILYA RAYKHLIN
Associate Broker
Ilya began his commercial real estate brokerage career in 2006 as an Associate with the Calgary office of Cushman & Wakefield. With a desire to expand his practice, he eventually moved on to become an Associate Broker at Target Realty, at the time the most prominent boutique industrial real estate brokerage in Calgary. When an opportunity arose to join one of the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate companies, Ilya accepted the invitation and moved to RE/MAX Commercial in 2011, where he continues to serve as the Team Lead of his commercial real estate brokerage group. Ilya regularly places as a top agent within his brokerage, has earned several merit awards such as the RE/MAX Platinum Club and the RE/MAX Chairman's Club Team awards, as well as the coveted RE/MAX Hall of Fame and RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement awards.

Ilya has an MBA education from one of the world's leading business schools at Durham University in England, having previously graduated in computer science. He is certified by the National Association of Realtors as an Accredited Commercial Professional, and is fluent in English and French. In recognition of his achievements in commercial real estate, Ilya was handpicked in 2010 by a former Executive Director of the Real Estate Council of Alberta to join their 20/20 Forum as an advisor to the council, which Ilya assisted in this capacity for several years. The Calgary Real Estate Board has also called upon him to speak to its members as an expert on commercial real estate matters, and in 2022 Ilya was honoured to be a guest speaker at RE/MAX’s international conference.

His previous career has included management roles with a technology business and a marketing consultancy, and Ilya has previously served as a Combat Engineer with the former 3rd Field Engineer Regiment of the Canadian Armed Forces Reserves. As a member of Shriners International, Ilya continues to support their network of children’s hospitals across North America, as well as the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation.
MATTHEW WEISS
Associate
Matthew is a veteran sales professional with experience in tax strategy solutions and life insurance policies. Prior to moving on to a career in commercial real estate brokerage in 2015, Matthew worked with a prominent financial education company that has helped thousands of Canadians with tax and investment strategies. During his time with that consulting group, Matthew was consistently one of the top sales representatives in his division. Matthew’s dedication to the team and its clients has already led him to receive the RE/MAX 100% Club Award and the RE/MAX Executive Club Award.
